2011 UPCFL - Schedule of Events

Listed below are key dates during the 2011 UPCFL Season:

Tuesday -- October 2nd: Beginning of 2011 UPCFL Season

Sunday -- November 11th: End of Block 1 (all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Weeks 1,2

Monday -- November 12th: Start of Block 2 (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- December 30th: End of Block 2 (all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Weeks 3,4,5

Monday -- December 31st: Start of Block 3 (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- January 13th: End of Block 3 (all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Weeks 6,7

Monday -- January 14th: Start of Block 4 (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- January 27th: End of Block 4 (all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Weeks 8,9

Monday -- January 28th: Start of Block 5 (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- February 10th: End of Block 5 (all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Weeks 10,11

Monday -- February 11th: Start of Week 12 (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- February 17th: End of Week Regular Season(all games to be played and submitted by midnight) Week 12

Tuesday -- February 19th: Start of Playoffs (as soon as distribution of files is complete) Round 1 Game (#4 vs #5)
Wednesday -- February 20th: Heisman Trophy Voting Begins
Wednesday -- February 27th: End of Round 1 of playoff (game to be played and submitted by midnight)

Thursday -- February 28th: Start of Playoff Semi-Finals (as soon as distribution of files is complete)
Sunday -- March 3rd: Heisman Voting Closes and Winner is announced
Wednesday -- March 6th: End of Playoff Semi-Finals (all games to be played and submitted by midnight)

Thursday -- March 7th: Start of National Championship Game (scheduling of this game should be made public to the league)

Sunday -- March 17th: End of 2011 UPCFL (deadline for National Championship Game to be played)
