The University Power Conference Football League is a group effort Strat-O-Matic Computer Football project consisting of 32 stock NCAA teams with 2 conferences with 2 divsions in each conference with each division having 8 teams. Each Conference consists of a Championship Division and a Resistance Division. The Teams that make up the two Championship Divisions will play 12 regular season games and compete for the playoffs. The 16 teams that make up the 2 Resistance Divisions will play 3 games in the first two blocks of the season. Each block I will post the backup of the league file and that blocks pre files to download. All games must be played using the pre files. Games are not to be played as local games. ALL games are to be played live using the SOM Netplay feature vs. another human coach. No games are to be played vs. the CM.

The goal of this league project is to provide us a venue for a full 12 game regular season and an adequate playoff system to crown a true NCAA champion. Please be pro-active in scheduling games and treat all members with respect and good sportsmanship.
